About The Team: Nectar360 is the loyalty, insights and retail media business behind Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu and Habitat. We help brands better understand customers and connect with them through data-led marketing, insight and media solutions that deliver measurable results. Our Client Services team partners with some of the UK's biggest FMCG brands, helping them unlock growth through the full range of Nectar360 solutions. More about the role: As a Client Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships while delivering revenue across the full Nectar360 portfolio. You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, understanding their business priorities and identifying opportunities to support their growth through Nectar360 solutions. You'll manage activity across your client portfolio, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered successfully against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets. Using a combination of commercial acumen, relationship management and analytical thinking, you'll help clients maximise value from their investment whilst delivering against Nectar360 revenue targets. Working closely with internal stakeholders across Client Services, Analytics, Insights, Media and Finance, you'll coordinate activity, manage pipelines, support forecasting and provide regular updates on client performance, project delivery and commercial progress. You'll also stay close to industry trends and market developments, helping to identify new opportunities and ensuring Nectar360 continues to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
More about you: You're an experienced client-facing professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities that create value for both clients and the business. You combine strong commercial awareness with excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with clients within retail, FMCG, media or marketing-related sectors and are confident presenting recommendations, influencing stakeholders and delivering against commercial objectives. Organised and proactive, you're able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Most importantly, you're collaborative, curious and motivated by building successful partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing client relationships to deliver commercial growth, revenue targets or account objectives.
- Media sales experience, ideally within retail or FMCG.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build proposals and progress revenue pipelines through to successful conversion.
- Experience managing multiple client projects, campaigns or workstreams simultaneously whilst delivering against agreed budgets and timelines.
- Evidence of working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to coordinate activity, resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently influence and engage a range of internal and external stakeholders.
