What you’ll do

  • You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the team.
  • Working closely with the Senior Buyer and other Category Admins, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and data inputting to ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.
  • Your keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential as you assist in maintaining accurate records, managing data entry, and supporting promotional and pricing administration.
  • You will be a key resource for the Buying and Design teams, providing reports and documentation for commercial meetings, as well as ensuring the timely and accurate generation of SKU-related data.
  • Your role will contribute to overall process compliance and data integrity, allowing the team to achieve their objectives and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

  • You are an essential support to the Buying teams, ensuring efficient and effective processing of administrative tasks and data inputting, while maintaining compliance with company and legal guidelines.
  • Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, supporting the broader Buying Team and UK-based Global Design team.
  • You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
  • With your customer-focused approach and proactive mindset, you contribute to building positive relationships and understanding the commercial aspects of our product ranges, stores, and competitors.
  • Your ability to manage multiple tasks, attend meetings, and adapt to new systems allows you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
