As a Campaign & Media Management Executive at Nectar360, your primary responsibility will be to manage the implementation of client campaigns, ensuring professional and timely communication with clients throughout the process. You will engage and build rapport with external stakeholders, including clients and their creative agencies, as well as internal stakeholders within Argos Client Services and Digital and wider Marketing teams. Working with an eye for detail, you will drive the activation of marketing campaigns using the appropriate booking system and trackers, providing clients with media guidelines and sourcing assets for planned live dates. With a self‑motivated and positive approach, you will own the briefing process, ensuring campaigns go live on time and in full, proving the execution of media to clients and advising on next steps. Your strong project management and organisational skills will enable you to coordinate multiple activities across teams, resolve conflicts, and keep the customer journey at the heart of campaigns. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify opportunities, implement new ideas and process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of Nectar360’s marketing initiatives.
