What you\'ll do
You will be responsible for the operational delivery of our FM system, addressing any issues promptly and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will manage the training and project delivery of new and existing FM suppliers, identify root causes and trends, and propose enhancements to improve our capabilities. Your role will also involve establishing the commercial impact and requirements of supplier changes, validating contractual payments, ensuring accurate FM system information, monitoring supplier performance, and effectively communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in systems management, contract management, and project management. You excel in driving high standards and ensuring a smooth transition when mobilising and demobilising FM contracts, while maintaining service level standards for Sainsbury\'s Group FM. Your creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and data analytics abilities enable you to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements. Strong systems management, contract/project management, and performance management skills, along with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, will be vital in ensuring the success of this role.
