What you\’ll do
As a Brand Comms Executive for Sainsbury\’s in-store division, you will play a crucial role in managing and creating communications across all brands within our retail locations. Working closely with the In-store Brand Comms Executives and Managers, you will support the delivery of in-store channel communications, ensuring they align with our brand propositions and creative strategies. Your responsibilities will include campaign management, maintaining creative excellence, and driving sales through innovative and impactful in-store marketing initiatives. By spending time in our stores and those of our competitors, you will gain valuable insights to enhance our communication strategies and engage with key stakeholders to contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns. Your ability to collaborate effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain operational excellence will be instrumental in achieving our goals of delivering compelling in-store communications that resonate with our customers and drive business growth.

With a sound understanding of retail processes and a keen eye for brand excellence, you excel in collaborating with key stakeholders, agencies, and store teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our customers. Your strong project management skills, creative judgement, and commitment to operational excellence ensure that in-store communications are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategies.

You\’ll also be able to share in our success as you may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 10% of salary, depending on how we perform.
Your wellbeing is important to us too. You\’ll receive an annual holiday allowance and you can buy up to an additional week\’s holiday. We also offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, salary advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers. And if you ever need it there is also an employee assistance programme.
Moments that matter are as important to us as they are to you which is why we give up to 26 weeks’ pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks’ pay for paternity leave.
