What You’ll be doing:

  • Manage Warehouse, Inventory, Transport, and Fleet Operations activities on your shift, optimising clerical workload across functions.
  • Promote an inclusive culture through your leadership approach, fostering high levels of trust and driving a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and meet targets.
  • Assume full responsibility for overall depot operations in the absence of a senior operational manager.
  • Optimise utilization and capability by effectively allocating resources and managing activities across functions.
