What you’ll be doing
You’ll create and lead a high-performing team and act as a true role model by seeing everything from the customer’s point of view. In that way, you’ll inspire, motivate, and empower everyone around you. Your focus on the business itself will be just as strong. Supported by your management team, you’ll have total accountability for the store – driving performance, plans, and actions; celebrating success; and making sure that your teams are trained and developed to be the best they can be.
