What You’ll Do
As an Analyst in the Price & Promotion Analytics team you will deliver end‑to‑end analytical work that influences pricing and promotion decisions across the business. You will partner with the Value Strategy team, commercial stakeholders, engineering and data science to build insight, develop ETL pipelines, statistical models and dynamic dashboards, and explore new data sources to uncover value.
Who You Are
You are commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at structuring complex problems into clear, actionable analytical approaches. You possess strong SQL capability and growing Python proficiency, enjoy collaborating across functions, and can craft compelling data stories that influence stakeholders. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple priorities at speed while continuously developing your technical and commercial skill set.
Essential Criteria
- Strong numerate background (degree or equivalent experience).
- Solid SQL skills and working knowledge of Python; experience with ML modelling, Snowflake, R, GitHub, and Jira is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to deliver robust, high‑impact analysis that drives business outcomes.
- Skilled at simplifying complexity and structuring ambiguous problems.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at speed.
- Growth mindset and proactive approach to development.
