What you’ll be doing
- Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage a positive workplace.
- Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations.
- Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding site results and sustained KPI performance.
- Plan resources, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain security using forecasts and trends.
