Rate: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Part time, 12.25 hours per week

Eligibility

  • The minimum application age for this role is 18, due to the working hours and type of goods (alcohol, tobacco etc) that you may be required to handle.
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work as part of a small team to ensure all aspects of the store are ready for customers to provide a convenient and speedy shopping experience.
  • Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) to replenish shelves across the store, serve customers at checkouts, support deliveries and keep the store well-presented, clean and tidy.
  • Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist customers with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Be ready to serve customers, answer questions, and proactively offer help.
  • Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
  • Date-check fresh produce and grocery products.
