What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll create and lead a high-performing team and act as a true role model by seeing everything from the customer’s point of view. In that way, you’ll inspire, motivate and empower everybody around you.
  • Your focus on the business itself will be just as strong. You’ll have total accountability for the store – driving performance, plans and actions; celebrating success and making sure that your teams are trained and developed to be the best that they can be.
