Taking responsibility for P&L, KPIs, safety & risk, and ensuring all in-store departments perform, you’re not afraid to be hands-on, with a visible presence across the store and a dedication to excellence that takes colleagues with you on the mission to delight customers every day.

You’re comfortable making key decisions quickly while prioritising customer experience, and you excel at engaging colleagues so that they’re empowered to deliver too. Salary will be dependent upon your experience as well as the store size, complexity and location. Alongside this, we also offer a great range of benefits for our store managers, including:
