A vacancy has arisen in our Depot for Full-Time Depot People Support Assistant on a permanent contract, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working

Being a Depot People Support Assistant means supportingthe delivery of the Depot People Plan by providing accurate, timely and meaningful administration support to the depot teams including coaching of line managers, as well as using a variety of systems and processes to input, produce and maintain accurate information.
They liaisewith line managers providing information and responding to queries in a professional and efficient manner which is compliant with data governance guidance.
What you need to do
Supports and guides Line Managers to consistently complete all people processes in a timely manner,
Provides site data analytics by producing accurate and collated data retrieved from various systems to support local management processes.
Identifies potential areas of efficiency improvement using local data.
Understands the HR Model, signposting Line Managers to the correct support team or system.
Supports and guides Line Managers to ensure they have the capability to input colleague attendance information correctly to drive consistently accurate payroll routines whilst proactively identifying where facilitated coaching is required.
Deliver accurate colleague pay by overseeing the end-to-end processes of payroll administration.
This includes spotting and highlighting errors through daily/weekly checks, by working collaboratively with the relevant teams.
Works collaboratively with the Centers of Excellence teams when to identify issues which may impact people processes and providing information or data.
Supports the General Manager to deliver consistent, engaging communication, using a variety of methods appropriate to the audience
Supports the General Manager to develop and deliver the depot engagement plan, including planning internal and external events, works collaboratively with the internal communications team to display consistent communications within your area, maintaining notice boards where required to the corporate agenda and adhoc activities.
Support the site team in SSP ordering of supplies
Responsible for the stock maintenance and issue of colleague PPE stock on site where required.
Will be confident using all systems and able to produce meaningful reports and accurate data as required to enable managers to make informed decisions.
Highlights where there are data gaps or areas of non-compliance and raises to the appropriate authority level in order to support great data integrity.
Operates in a courteous and helpful manner at all times, actively role modelling and growing our culture of inclusion enabling all colleagues to bring their whole selves to work.
Works in collaboration with the General Manager to agree workload ensuring timescales are agreed and maintained including adhoc activities that may arise in line with the corporate agenda, always demonstrating a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality.
