As a Shoot Producer, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from TV and digital to print and social, while driving improvements, creative excellence, and cost‑effective delivery. What you’ll do
- Oversee the end‑to‑end production process for various multi‑channel campaigns, including TV / VOD, OOH, print, digital, social, and retail.
- Manage and coordinate shoots across photography and video, from brief approval to final asset delivery, ensuring compliance with advertising standards, talent contracts, and brand safety considerations.
- Lead project meetings, build strong relationships with internal and external production partners, and maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams.
- Play a key role in shoot planning, location scouting, talent selection, crew assembly, budget management, risk assessments, safety measures, and asset management.
Who you are
- An experienced and collaborative professional with a proven track record in delivering multi‑channel campaigns across various mediums such as TV, digital, social, and retail.
- A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and hands‑on approach enable you to lead the full production process from brief to final delivery.
- A keen eye for detail, a focus on building strong relationships, and a commitment to driving improvements.
- Demonstrable experience managing end‑to‑end shoot production from brief to final asset delivery.
- Hands-on experience across both photography and video shoots.
- Experience planning and delivering complex shoots across multiple brands and formats.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience managing production workflows, including pre‑production, shoot, and post‑production.
- Experience managing shoot logistics (locations, talent, crew, schedules).
