What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Partner Manager at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in building exceptional client relationships and providing long‑term strategic loyalty solutions to our partners. With your expertise in marketing, loyalty, and customer relationship management, you will interpret and apply consumer insights to deliver and sell long‑term and tactical marketing campaigns that drive incremental activity for our partners. You will be responsible for developing our partners’ loyalty propositions in line with business strategies and utilising emerging capabilities and technologies. Your financial accountability will involve managing specific budget lines, owning production and tracking of multi‑million‑pound budgets, and identifying and delivering incremental revenue opportunities for your partner organisations. Additionally, your role will encompass relationship and team management, as you become the main point of contact for partners, lead meetings with senior stakeholders, mentor and manage team members, and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels. Through your strategic planning and account management expertise, you will drive growth, contribute to contract renegotiations, and become a trusted thought‑leader in your partners’ industries. Overall, your role will be instrumental in delivering impeccable business outcomes, optimising resources, and unlocking synergies for continuous improvement.

As a senior manager, you demonstrate accountability for delivering on plans for long‑term partners and driving growth from new relationships, while also supporting the development of your team. You possess strong commercial acumen, financial accountability, and the ability to make independent business decisions, ensuring the joint business plan is successfully executed. Your excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and strong interpersonal skills enable you to effectively lead and influence internal and external stakeholders, while driving the success of our partner accounts and delivering impeccable business outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing long‑term client relationships within marketing, loyalty, or customer relationship management.
- Demonstrable experience leading CRM or data‑driven marketing activities.
- Demonstrable experience of developing loyalty propositions.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply consumer insights to deliver strategic and tactical marketing campaigns that drive incremental activity.
- Financial accountability for managing multi‑million‑pound budgets, including production, tracking, and identification of incremental revenue opportunities.
