Join our brand-new Rugby North Store! We’re excited to offer the opportunity to join our team, with a range of hours and shifts available. This is your chance to play a key role in working across the store, delivering great service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Your weekly hours will be scheduled within an agreed availability pattern, and you’ll receive at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Your availability and preferred hours will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering brilliant customer service across all areas, including checkouts, self-service tills and kiosk - confidently answering questions and proactively offering help.
• Replenishing stock across the store, including collecting items from the warehouse using roll cages (up to 15kg), ensuring shelves are tidy, full and products are well presented.
• Picking and selecting high-quality products for customers using our on-demand grocery service, and supporting with Click & Collect orders.
• Building strong knowledge of our products, services and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
• Supporting with key store activities such as date checking, handling refunds and queries, shelf ticketing and store standards.
• Safely supporting with operational tasks including trolley retrieval and deliveries.
• Working flexibly across all areas of the store, maintaining a clean, safe and clutter-free environment and stepping in wherever support is needed.
