If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

Join our brand‑new Rugby North Store! We’re excited to offer the opportunity to join our team, with a range of hours and shifts available. This is your chance to play a key role in working across the store, delivering great service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Your weekly hours will be scheduled within an agreed availability pattern, and you’ll receive at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Your availability and preferred hours will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering brilliant customer service across all areas, including checkouts, self‑service tills and kiosk – confidently answering questions and proactively offering help.
  • Replenishing stock across the store, including collecting items from the warehouse using roll cages (up to 15kg), ensuring shelves are tidy, full and products are well presented.
  • Picking and selecting high‑quality products for customers using our on‑demand grocery service, and supporting with Click & Collect orders.
  • Building strong knowledge of our products, services and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
  • Supporting with key store activities such as date checking, handling refunds and queries, shelf ticketing and store standards.
  • Safely supporting with operational tasks including trolley retrieval and deliveries.
  • Working flexibly across all areas of the store, maintaining a clean, safe and clutter‑free environment and stepping in wherever support is needed.
