What you’ll be doing:
- Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
- Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
- Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
- Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
- Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
