Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking an Online Store Manager at the Kidderminster store to lead the online picking and delivery team and ensure an outstanding in-store and online shopping experience. You will manage, coach and develop a large team of shoppers and drivers, aligning performance with store KPIs and safety standards.
In this role you will collaborate with other managers to optimise the overall store shopping experience, handle disciplinaries when needed, and ensure accurate.
