Working in our stores: Our stores are fast‑paced environments where no two days are ever the same. As one of our Online Assistants you’ll support a joyful shopping experience for our online customers, ensuring their orders are ready for delivery or appropriately substituted.

Key responsibilities:

• Pick and select products on the shop floor for online orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
• Use a handset to navigate the store efficiently, planning routes and meeting time‑sensitive targets.
• Process customer queries, manage order details, and assist with loading vans for home delivery drivers.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering proactive help.
• Develop thorough knowledge of products, services and promotions to give informed recommendations.
• Work flexibly across the store as required.
