Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, process payments, provide details on our financial services for certain products, and handle refunds.
- Maintain neatness in the stock room and restock products from deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product advice.
- Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- Above the school‑leaver age in your country.
- Right to work eligibility in the UK.
- Availability for part‑time shifts across weekdays and weekends; scheduled to fit your availability.
- Comfortable discussing financial services with customers.
