Joining the Zest team as a Midweight Producer means being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can lead and mentor a talented team in delivering multi‑channel campaigns for a diverse range of brands. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to shape production processes, drive efficiencies, and implement cutting‑edge technologies such as AI. What you’ll do
- Play a key leadership role in the growing production team, mentoring up to six Producers and Associate Producers to support their development and foster a high‑performing, supportive culture.
- Oversee the full production process from brief to final delivery, managing shoots for multi‑channel campaigns (TV / VOD, OOH, print, digital, social, retail).
- Lead project meetings to keep teams aligned with clear action plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external production partners.
- Drive improvements, creative excellence, and cost‑effective delivery across a wide range of shoots, including photography and video for internal partners.
- Shape ways of working, find efficiencies, and implement smarter workflows to elevate production quality and drive innovation within the team.
Who you are
- Ready to step up into a senior role, with a mix of agency and line production experience.
- An experienced and dynamic leader with a proven track record in planning and delivering complex stills and video shoots across multiple channels.
- Able to mentor and empower a team of producers while driving creative excellence and cost‑effective production.
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- A proven track record delivering end‑to‑end production within an agency or production‑company environment.
- Demonstrable experience producing complex stills and video shoots across multiple brands and channels.
- Experience in managing and forecasting production budgets with accuracy and commercial focus.
- Experience tracking, analysing, and reporting on production data.
- Hands‑on leadership experience, mentoring and supporting Producers/Associate Producers in a fast‑paced setting.
