Joining the Zest team as a Midweight Producer means being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can lead and mentor a talented team in delivering multi‑channel campaigns for a diverse range of brands. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to shape production processes, drive efficiencies, and implement cutting‑edge technologies such as AI. What you’ll do

As the Midweight Producer you will play a key leadership role in the growing production team, mentoring up to six Producers and Associate Producers to support their development and foster a high‑performing, supportive culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full production process from brief to final delivery, managing shoots for multi‑channel campaigns (TV / VOD, OOH, print, digital, social, retail), leading project meetings to keep teams aligned with clear action plans, and building strong relationships with internal and external production partners. You will be hands‑on, driving improvements, creative excellence, and cost‑effective delivery across a wide range of shoots, including photography and video for internal partners. Additionally, you will shape ways of working, find efficiencies, and implement smarter workflows to elevate production quality and drive innovation within the team.

Who you are

We are looking for a mid‑weight Producer that is ready to step up into a senior role, the ideal candidate will have a mix of agency and line production experience. You are an experienced and dynamic leader with a proven track record in planning and delivering complex stills and video shoots across multiple channels. Your ability to mentor and empower a team of producers while driving creative excellence and cost‑effective production is crucial to the success of our operations. With strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement, you play a key rôle in shaping production workflows, fostering innovation, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of the production cycle.

A proven track record delivering end‑to‑end production within an agency or production‑company environment. Demonstrable experience producing complex stills and video shoots across multiple brands and channels. Experience in managing and forecasting production budgets with accuracy and commercial focus. Experiencing tracking, analysing, and reporting on production data. Hands‑on leadership experience, mentoring and supporting Producers/Associate Producers in a fast‑paced setting.
