You can translate complex data into simple, actionable insight and you’re confident shaping tests, measuring outcomes and iterating at pace. You thrive in cross‑functional settings, build trust quickly and communicate with clarity. Retail experience is a plus, but we’re equally open to adjacent strategy backgrounds where you’ve delivered measurable impact.

- Ability to translate complex analysis into structured outputs, such as decision papers, proposals or recommendations with clear next steps.
- Experience evaluating customer, commercial and operational considerations when forming recommendations, with evidence of trade‑off decision making.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions, including presenting recommendations and securing alignment to progress strategic activity.
- Experience leading projects or programmes end to end, with accountability for planning, delivery milestones and outcomes.

We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we’ll also offer you an amazing range of benefits.
