As a Senior Client Manager at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and achieving annual client revenue targets through our range of insights and marketing solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses from both sales and marketing perspectives, serving as the key contact and establishing effective communication strategies. Leading the annual planning process, you will drive ways of working at both tactical and strategic levels. You will also manage and support the team in delivering client marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Insights commercial team to leverage opportunities. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed performance updates, ensuring financial profitability, and staying up to date with industry trends and competitive threats. With your high energy, proactive attitude, and excellent project‑management skills, you will contribute to driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships in the retail and FMCG sectors.

With your extensive knowledge and expertise, you confidently manage client relationships, driving annual revenue targets through our range of insights and marketing solutions. Your exceptional project‑management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to develop deep knowledge of clients’ businesses, leading the development of key client strategies and effectively driving annual planning processes. As a proactive and self‑motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, you deliver successful client marketing campaigns and leverage insights opportunities.   • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and maintaining effective communications.
  • Experience leading strategic and/or annual planning processes with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable project‑management experience, delivering multiple workstreams/campaigns to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience overseeing the delivery of marketing solutions/campaigns, ensuring quality of execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience ensuring work is delivered profitably (budget management, margin/profitability focus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and build credibility.
  • Able to distil the “so what” from multiple data sources into clear, actionable stories for clients/stakeholders.
