Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Logistics Portfolio Manager, you will play a vital role in the Network & Automation Transformation team within the Logistics and Fulfilment Division. Collaborating with various business functions, you will design the future Logistics network, develop partnership strategies, and implement automation engineering operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, you will be key in shaping and delivering the 3+ year Transformation agenda, ensuring alignment between the Transformation Vision, in‑flight Portfolio, and progress tracking. Your responsibilities include owning and maintaining the programme plan, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating project reviews, coordinating resource planning, tracking lessons learned for continuous improvement, and providing expertise in project governance. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive positive outcomes, and support informed decisions will be essential in successfully delivering complex change programmes and driving the company towards its strategic goals.
