As an Org Change & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in delivering culture and transformation programmes critical to our business strategy, driving behavioural and leadership changes that enable sustainable growth and innovation. With a focus on change management, behaviour and culture change, you will collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to create meaningful change that positively impacts our organisation and supports our commitment to driving positive human-centred organisational change.

Responsibilities

  • As the Org Change & Culture Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in driving behavioural, leadership, and cultural changes necessary to enable the successful delivery and sustainability of key culture or transformation programmes aligned with the business strategy.
  • You will create change plans, provide coaching to programme leads, and develop change management interventions to support the transformation programmes.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Organisational Change and Culture, you will enhance the business-wide change management approach and ensure a consistent culture and change management delivery across the organisation.
  • Your role will involve tracking and measuring change metrics, producing high-quality change materials, coaching and upskilling stakeholders on driving human-centered change, ultimately contributing to the overall success of organisational change initiatives.

Who you are

As an Org Change & Culture Manager for Sainsbury's, you are a seasoned professional with significant experience in driving business-wide transformation and culture change initiatives. Your expertise lies in leading human-centred change, sustaining and embedding change within complex programmes, influencing and coaching senior leaders, and fostering a strategic and creative mindset to overcome challenges and drive impactful results. With a strong change management background, you take full ownership of issues, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement, and inspiring others through genuine care and respect in building strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience delivering organisation-wide transformation or change programmes that include behavioural, cultural and leadership change.
  • Proven ability to embed and sustain change after implementation within large-scale transformation or culture programmes.
  • Demonstrable project management capability to plan, coordinate and deliver change activities effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders to drive human-centred change.
  • Demonstrable ability to design and deliver change management interventions such as stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, communications, engagement or training.
