What you’ll do:
- Lead the activation and optimisation of paid search, shopping, and app campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Apple Search Ads.
- Manage annual budgets exceeding £100M.
- Drive performance, innovation, and best‑in‑class execution through strategic test and learn agendas.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital activation with campaigns and commercial goals.
- Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, and execution while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Foster strong relationships with offshore teams, in‑house colleagues, and platform partners.
Who you are:
- Over 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing, particularly within ecommerce, fashion, or retail sectors.
- Expertise in managing multi‑million pound budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with campaign measurement (incrementality, MMM – working knowledge).
