What You'll be doing:
- Manage and develop the team through ongoing coaching and feedback to deliver outstanding results.
- Implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site and centrally driven processes.
- Accountable for overseeing van resource allocation, stock inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
- Respond to customer demands and volume changes by flexing operational resources to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety frameworks while being accountable for managing recruitment and headcount requirements.
