More About the Role
As an Insight Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering customer and market insights that inform business decisions across Retail and Digital. You’ll work closely with Insight Business Partners and stakeholders to understand priorities, manage projects, and deliver compelling stories from complex data sources. Whether it’s customer satisfaction, transaction data, research or market intelligence, you’ll bring it all together to tell compelling stories with a clear ‘so what’.
You’ll be responsible for embedding self-serve tools, managing relationships with internal analytics teams and external agencies, and supporting cross-functional projects. You’ll also help elevate the customer voice across the business, ensuring our decisions are rooted in real customer understanding. From writing briefs to managing timelines, you’ll be confident juggling multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work at pace.

You’re naturally curious, commercially aware, and passionate about customer insight. You’re confident working with data and/or research, and you know how to turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. You’re a strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
You’ll bring a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities. You’re comfortable using self-serve tools and have a methodical approach to problem solving. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with customer and/or market data, and you’re keen to keep learning and growing in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to synthesise multiple complex data sources into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes
- Experience managing projects involving customer and/or market data, including briefing and working with research agencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decision making and provoke discussion
