Eligibility:

- Happy working in a fast‑paced, physical, high‑energy environment, using initiative to solve problems—often independently but also thriving in a team.
- Always ready to work flexibly and productively across the store when needed; fully trained in a variety of skills, thus gaining opportunities to learn, develop and try new things.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and technology to do the job brilliantly, and moving shopping containers up to 15 kg.
