What You’ll be doing:

  • Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
  • Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
  • Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
  • Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
  • Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.
