Eligibility
- You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
- If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve and support customers on checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, proactively offering help.
- Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
- Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
- Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks.
- Work flexibly across the store as needed.
