What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor, ready for delivery to online customers.
- Using a handset to plan your route and manage time to complete each shop.
- Processing customer queries, processing orders, and helping to load vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Serving customers, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
- Building knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum age above school‑leaver age in your country.
- At least 18 years old if shifts cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm.
- Right to work eligibility in the UK.
