As a Digital Senior Client Executive, you'll have the chance to work collaboratively with our teams and agency partners, delivering exceptional digital experiences and contributing to the growth of our agency. What you'll do
- You will play a crucial role in supporting the management and delivery of supplier media and activation for managed service clients, as well as working closely with agencies activating themselves in our self-serve model.
- Collaborating with the agency team, you will engage new clients, communicate our eCommerce capability, and assist existing partners in maximising their use of our services.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with the wider eCommerce team, you will run regular sessions with clients to understand their activation plans, prioritise activities, and facilitate optimal execution across digital platforms.
- You will also manage finance queries, review performance and strategy, and provide regular updates to clients.
- With your experience in online analytics, project management, and client management in retail or FMCG sectors, along with strong analytical, communication, and numerical skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of our digital commercial endeavours at Sainsbury's.

- Your expertise lies in managing and delivering supplier media and activations, as well as fostering strong relationships with media agencies and existing clients.
