Joining Sainsbury's as a Digital Asset & Workflow Manager means stepping into a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to shape and optimise our Digital Asset Management platform and enhance workflow efficiencies within Adobe Workfront. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our digital assets are well-structured, accessible, and governed, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across teams. With a focus on system ownership, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of a leading organisation in the retail industry.
What you’ll do
- Own and optimise the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring that digital assets are well-structured, governed, and accessible.
- Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomy frameworks, and version control processes while establishing asset governance policies and user access controls.
- Act as a subject matter expert for DAM best practices, providing training and guidance to stakeholders, and continuously monitor system usage to recommend improvements.
- Serve as the system champion and administrator for Adobe Workfront, configuring workflows, templates, and reporting tools to support consistent ways of working across teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support Resource Managers by maintaining accurate project and allocation data within Adobe Workfront, providing reporting on team capacity and utilisation, and documenting processes and resource tracking frameworks.
Who you are
- A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing Digital Asset Management systems and Adobe Workfront.
- Expertise in metadata, taxonomy design, and digital governance, coupled with experience in system administration and configuration.
- Process-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience using and administering Adobe Workfront, including configuring workflows, templates, dashboards and reporting tools.
Experience owning and implementing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are structured, searchable and governed effectively.
Experience in and a strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy design, naming conventions, version control and wider digital governance.
Experience managing asset governance policies and user access controls, improving adoption and usability.
Experience generating reporting insights from systems data to support visibility of capacity, utilisation and workflow adoption within a creative agency.
