Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects designed to solve our toughest commercial problems and make tangible recommendations to the business.
- Develop commercial prioritisation frameworks to implement and land strategic space change across our supermarket estate.
- Act as the centre of challenge by working with our Commercial and Trading Finance teams to ensure programs deliver commercial aspirations (e.g. TI, ROI) whilst balancing the right customer missions for our customers.
- Develop great relationships with data owners across the business, collaborating cross-functionally with wider divisions to unlock maximum value from our data (e.g. Commercial Analytics, Matching, Customers Insights, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Based in our London SSC 2-3 days a week with UK wide travel to stores as and when required.
- Proven delivery of cross-functional commercial projects with quantified outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and build relevant KPIs.
- Ability to evaluate and balance customer missions, commercial return and operational feasibility.
- Proven ability to simplify complex analysis into clear, testable recommendations.
