Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop key client relationships to drive revenue across all Nectar360 solutions in alignment with overall business targets. You will develop a deep understanding of the Nectar360 business, including insights and communication capabilities, as well as the clients' businesses to effectively manage relationships and share performance internally and externally. Your role will entail building strong relationships with clients, identifying revenue opportunities, and applying Nectar360 solutions that align with the clients' marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with key contacts, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure timely delivery of results to clients, and provide recommendations for future investment based on campaign evaluations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury's and relevant agencies, collaborate with internal teams, manage revenue generation from pipeline to conversion, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive threats to leverage opportunities. Your strong project management, communication, and presentation skills will be essential in driving success in this role.

With your extensive experience in client management and media sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industries, you possess the knowledge and expertise to develop and nurture key client relationships. Your exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to effectively support clients in their annual planning process, deliver results within budget and timelines, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for future investment. Your self‑motivation, proactive approach, and ability to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive threats contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our business.

You'll also be able to share in our success as you may be eligible for a performance‑related target bonus of up to 10% of salary (which may vary for Nectar360), depending on how we perform. We also offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, pay advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well as access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers.
