As part of the Commercial Finance team supporting Marketing & Loyalty, you’ll join a collaborative, commercially minded environment that partners closely with stakeholders across a broad portfolio of over 700 FMCG and GM brands. Nectar360 specialises in loyalty, customer insight, and marketing solutions—helping brands understand customers as well as we do. You’ll be part of a team that plays a vital role in shaping growth, providing trusted financial expertise and supporting decisions that drive meaningful performance improvements.
More about the role
As Finance Manager for Nectar360, you will act as a strategic business partner to the commercial teams, providing analysis, insight and financial recommendations that drive improved outcomes across revenue, income, ROI and cost performance. You’ll help shape the 5-year plan, support in‑year budgeting and forecasting, and interpret management reporting to guide stakeholders with clear and actionable commentary. The role business partners one of the three key pillars of the Nectar360 business supporting our growing Nectar coalition scheme which is the UK’s largest and most engaged with (including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Esso, Amex, Avios and Marriott). You will be building business cases, supporting post-implementation reviews, identifying risks and opportunities, and performing bespoke financial analysis to support projects or new business opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Digital and Tech teams, and contribute to the continuous simplification of how we operate—streamlining processes and enhancing ways of working.

You’ll bring strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, tailoring communications effectively to audiences with varying levels of financial understanding. You work autonomously, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining robust financial controls and delivering high-quality insights that shape decision-making. You’re collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to driving change through data-led recommendations. You’ll also enjoy supporting others—whether that’s working with Finance Analysts on specific deliverables or running Finance Basics masterclasses for business partners. Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable post-qualification experience in either retail, retail media or loyalty sectors.
Experience of ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
Evidence of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight, with examples of influencing decision-making across finance and broader business stakeholders.
Demonstrated maintenance of strong financial controls and a passion to drive continuous improvement.
