What you’ll be doing

As a Convenience Store Manager you will have full control over your shop. You will lead your team of Customer and Trading Managers, plan and prepare for upcoming trading activity, and be commercially minded, anticipating issues up to six months ahead. Your responsibilities include ensuring everything is safe and legal, making difficult decisions and delivering a highly rewarding experience for both customers and staff.
