With teams focused on store-facing activity, labour, transformation, online, delivery and contact centres, we touch almost every part of the business. This role is part time, 20 hours per week, and has a base location of our London Store Support Centre & Home (hybrid working). You would be required to travel to Cardiff every 4 weeks for in person meetings.
Joining our team as an Area Administrator means being part of a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, supporting the efficient and effective operations of our Area Managers. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient administration support and diary management to the Area Manager. Your key tasks will include organising and prioritising tasks, managing the Area Manager's correspondence, and responding to customer and colleague queries. You will also manage the Area Manager's diary, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare reports and presentations. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate confidentiality, initiative, and strong organisational skills while adjusting your approach to meet the diverse needs of customers and colleagues. It is important that you have a thorough understanding of retail operations and processes, as well as the ability to use digital tools effectively. You will be expected to learn and develop your knowledge of the wider group and external environment relevant to the role, and actively engage with the company's values and the great place to work agenda. Overall, your role will contribute to the smooth functioning of the area administration and support the delivery of operational excellence within your area.
