We are seeking a Services Assistant to support customers at checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations. The role involves assisting with on‑demand grocery orders, click & collect parcels, and ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and support customers at checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations; answer questions and proactively offer help.
  • Pick and select high‑quality products for customers using our on‑demand grocery ordering service and assist with click & collect parcels.
  • Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
  • Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
  • Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks.
  • Work flexibly across the store as needed.
