About the Role

You will lead a high-performing team in an ever-changing retail environment, driving store performance, setting and achieving plans, celebrating successes, and ensuring the team is trained and developed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead a high-performing team, acting as a role model and seeing everything from the customer's point of view.

Salary

Salary will be dependent upon your experience as well as the store size, complexity and location.
