Trading Assistant - Shift

Overview

As a Christmas Trading Assistant at Sainsbury\’s, you will support day-to-day store operations during the festive period, helping to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, keeping our shelves clean, tidy and full of well-presented products
• Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly when the store is open, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help
• Date checking fresh produce and grocery products
• Helping across the store as needed and supporting with deliveries as required
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Eligibility

• The minimum application age for this role is 18, due to the working hours and type of goods (alcohol, etc) that you may be required to handle.
