Responsibilities

Run daily store operations ensuring a convenient and speedy shopping experience for customers, including:

  • Working as part of a small team to keep all store areas ready for customers.
  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) and replenishing shelves.
  • Serving customers at checkouts, supporting deliveries, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
  • Picking and selecting best‑quality products for the on‑demand grocery ordering service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, answering questions and offering help proactively.
  • Building product knowledge to give recommendations.
  • Checking dates on fresh produce and grocery items.
