Responsibilities
Run daily store operations ensuring a convenient and speedy shopping experience for customers, including:
- Working as part of a small team to keep all store areas ready for customers.
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) and replenishing shelves.
- Serving customers at checkouts, supporting deliveries, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Picking and selecting best‑quality products for the on‑demand grocery ordering service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
- Providing outstanding customer service, answering questions and offering help proactively.
- Building product knowledge to give recommendations.
- Checking dates on fresh produce and grocery items.
