Overview

Role responsibilities and requirements for a Sainsbury\’s Colleague. The role includes stock replenishment, customer service, product knowledge, and general store support.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves tidy and well presented.
  • Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help.
  • Build strong knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
  • Date checking fresh produce and grocery products.
  • Help across the store as needed and support with deliveries as required.
