Overview
Trading Assistants support store operations, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and helping with deliveries as required. The role includes date checking fresh produce and grocery items, keeping shelves tidy and well-presented, and working across the store in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves tidy and full of well-presented products
- Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help
- Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
- Date checking fresh produce and grocery products
- Help across the store as needed and support with deliveries as required
