Overview

As a Services Assistant and Christmas Champion, you will be one of ourChristmas Champions that provides the very best shopping experience for our customers. You will be based in our stores, supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and our petrol stations, and assist with questions while proactively offering help. You will also pick and select high quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist customers with Click & Collect parcels. You will build knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations. You may be asked to work flexibly across the store as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Always being on hand to serve and support customers on our checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks or even our petrol stations, supporting with any questions and proactively offering help
  • Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assisting customers with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
  • Dealing with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
  • Working flexibly across the store as needed

Qualifications

  • You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age – GOV.UK
  • If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
