Overview
Join our store team and help ensure a great shopping experience for customers. You will support customers at checkouts, self-service tills and kiosks, and across petrol stations, proactively offering help and answering questions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping, including at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, providing proactive help and answering questions
- Select high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels
- Build strong product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide recommendations
- Handle customer issues, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising as needed
- Work flexibly across the store as required
