Customer Service Assistant – Sainsbury\’s

Join our team as a Customer Service Assistant and be the friendly face our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering assistance.
  2. Picking quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
  3. Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
  4. Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
  5. Working flexibly across the store as needed.
